Our Cartizze is a cru produced with grapes exclusively from the most prestigious of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area. A delicate and mineral sparkling wine, endowed with an intense aromatic complexity and structure that originate from the unique terroir that is Cartizze.

Soil type: The soil is composed mainly of marl and sandstone and is characterized by having an important endowment in minerals and limestone and by being well draining, shallow and therefore not very fertile

Exposure: South, Southwest

Altitude: about 250 – 280 m. slm

Training system: Traditional method of Valdobbiadene (modified Cappuccina)

Harvest: From mid to late September, exclusively by hand and selected Vinification : Traditional white vinification: soft pressing of the grapes with pneumatic press, flotation of the musts and fermentation at controlled temperature (17-18 °C) in cement tanks. Aging and resting on the noble lees for four to five months until filtering

Pressing: Martinotti method in stainless steel autoclaves for 35-40 days. Refermentation temperature 16-18 °C. Cold tartaric stabilization (- 3.5 °C). Microfiltration before bottling.
