Intense straw yellow color distinguished by a veiling due to the presence of yeast at the bottom of the bottle. Delicate and silky perlage, very persistent. Very complex and diversified aromatic profile from floral notes of dandelion and spring wildflowers to fruity notes reminiscent of medlar and peach to those given by the yeast and bottle maturation reminiscent of acacia honey and hay. On the palate it is harmonious, complete and smooth even in the total absence of residual sugars and on the resttaste very dry, savory and mineral. Definitely a very gastronomic wine. SERVING SUGGESTIONS
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal to serve with a bucket and ice at a temperature of 6-8° C
RECOMMENDED GLASS: Riedel, a goblet made especially for Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
STORAGE: Store bottles upright in a cool place away from light, avoid prolonged stops in the refrigerator
GATRONOMIC PAIRINGS: Valdobbiadene DOCG “Sui Lieviti” is a truly gastronomic sparkling wine. It is excellent paired with local soppressa trevigiana, but it also pairs perfectly with wild herb risottos and fish dishes, especially oysters
