SUI LIEVITI.
Traditional white winemaking: gentle pressing of the grapes using a pneumatic press, must flotation, and fermentation at a controlled temperature (17-18°C) in concrete tanks. Aging and resting on fine lees with periodic battonage until April/May.

SUPERIORE DI CARTIZZE
Our Cartizze is a cru crafted exclusively from grapes harvested in a single vineyard located on the renowned Cartizze hill, the most prestigious in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area. This sparkling wine is delicate and mineral, with intense aromatic complexity and structure, derived from the unique terroir of Cartizze.
